Your Role
When positions open, our baristas and team members:
- Craft quality espresso and coffee beverages with consistency and care
- Share product knowledge and menu recommendations with guests
- Assist with purchases, orders, and customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space
- Restock and rotate products as needed
- Support events and community gatherings at the shop
- Help design seasonal displays and contribute creative ideas
